Delivery, returns & privacy

Buying

All products are sold through my Etsy shop, DantasticMakes. Payment, order confirmation and buyer protection are handled by Etsy, so Etsy's terms and Purchase Protection apply to your order.

Delivery

• Free UK delivery on every item.
• Items are made to order and posted within 1–3 working days.
• Royal Mail delivery usually takes a further 1–3 working days.

Returns and cancellations

• Personalised items are made to your specification (for example, with a name you choose), so under UK consumer law they can't be returned just because you changed your mind.
• Please double-check the spelling of names. I print exactly what you type.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong items: message me through Etsy within 14 days of delivery with a photo and I'll replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Return them unused and I'll refund you in full.

Custom orders

If you send a custom request, I'll reply with a price and timescale before anything is made. Please only send logos or artwork you own or have permission to use. I don't print other companies' characters or brands.

Privacy

• If you use the custom order form, I receive your name, email and message. I use them only to reply to your request.
• Form messages are stored by my web host, Netlify, and in my email. I never sell or share your details, and I don't send marketing emails.
• This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• To ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted, email dantasticworld@gmail.com.
• Orders placed on Etsy are covered by Etsy's privacy policy.
